Natasha Rubin is a California-based employment attorney. Natasha was born and raised in Los Angeles, and currently resides in West Hollywood.

Natasha received her J.D. from Southwestern Law School in 2017. Prior to that, Natasha received an M.S. from the Schack Institute of Real Estate with a focus in Real Estate Finance from NYU. Natasha graduated from Brandeis University, with B.A. in Economics and Psychology.

During law school, Natasha worked at Geragos & Geragos in civil litigation. Soon after graduating law school, Natasha worked at ICM Partners for business affairs. Prior to founding RD Law, Natasha spent time working for the Los Angeles LGBTQ center.

In 2022, Natasha, Daniel, and Alex founded RD Law to focus on the wide spectrum of employment matters. Through her variety of professional experiences, Natasha is an expert in advocating for clients in all areas of employment law.
