Alex Derval is an employment attorney based in Los Angeles, California. Alex is originally from Los Angeles and focuses his practice on the full range of employment law matters, including discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and much more.

Alex received his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School in 2017. Earlier in his career, he worked at some of Los Angeles’ larger law firms. Alex began practicing employment law in 2019 and discovered he had a passion for helping distressed and mistreated employees. With that focus in mind, Alex thought his skill was best employed by providing clients with a more personal approach that the bigger law firms couldn’t provide.

Alex, Daniel & Natasha founded RD Law Group APC in 2022 to help California employees protect their rights when facing significant hurdles in the workplace. Since its founding, RD Law Group has helped many workers face their legal issues with a compassionate, dedicated, and determined approach.
